It's a bold statement that blends architectural design with the cultural identity of the Mariscal community in Guatemala City. Altaire, with its 32 levels and modern two and three-bedroom apartments, is an ambitious project that aims high in every sense. Impulsa Desarrollos, with over eight years of experience in the Guatemalan real estate market, took the initiative to bring this exceptional vision to life.

The concept behind Altaire began with the solar orientation of the building and the journey of the super generation of the monarch butterfly, symbolizing the transition of generations of families, which are even more dynamic and adventurous. It promotes an energetic and responsible spirit, where each individual has control over their destiny. It's a space that facilitates purpose and connection.
The graphic identity of Altaire captures the essence of the project. From simulating the rays of the sun in the textures to using warm colors, every detail was designed to reflect the cycles of life and the connection with the community.

The success of Altaire was based on the collaboration of various professionals at Domus Works. From developers to architects, interior designers, marketing experts, writers, and graphic designers. Each voice contributed to the creation of a strong and cohesive brand.
The start of the construction of Altaire with 95% of the project sold marked a milestone in the Guatemalan architectural landscape. This building adds value and a new landscape to the Zone 11 sector, contributing to both commercial and residential growth.
